Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the SlabFlow application and this website (slabflow.org), operated by Chiche Hung, a sole trader, ABN 44 312 381 604, Western Australia, Australia ("SlabFlow", "we", "us"). By using SlabFlow, a customer and its users agree to these terms.
1. The service
SlabFlow is job and quotation management software for stone and benchtop fabrication shops, covering quoting, site measurement, production tracking and stone inventory. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and access
- A shop's SlabFlow account is set up for that business ("customer"); the customer's owner or administrator manages which of its staff have accounts and what they can see
- Users authenticate through our sign-in provider, Clerk, and are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential
- A customer is responsible for the accuracy of data its staff enter, and for its own staff's use of the service
3. Customer data
A customer retains ownership of the data it enters into SlabFlow, including its own clients' details, job, quote and production records. We process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and do not use it for any other purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SlabFlow for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another customer's data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email or other abuse of the email sending feature
5. Availability
We aim to keep SlabFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or if these terms are breached.
6. Third-party services
SlabFlow relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate, including Clerk (authentication), Amazon Web Services (transactional email), Cloudflare (network and security), DigitalOcean (hosting) and Axiom (operational logging). Their availability can affect ours.
7. Fees
Where SlabFlow is offered on a paid basis, fees and billing terms will be agreed with the customer directly and are not set out on this website.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabFlow is provided "as is", and we exclude all warranties not required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to a customer arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by that customer for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
A customer may stop using SlabFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
